The College is proud to acknowledge the selection of two recent Old Collegians to Super Rugby Pacific teams.

Congratulations to Old Collegian, Zarn Sullivan (School, 2017-18) who has recently been announced as the first choice fullback for the Blues Super Rugby Pacific team. Sullivan was an integral part of the College’s First XV, starting as first-five before later moving into fullback.

During his earlier career, Zarn represented the College at a national level playing for NZ Maori Schools and NZ Schools. He was selected for the Blues A Team in 2020 while playing for Auckland’s College Rifles Club.

His recent selection for the Blues comes at an exciting time as he plays alongside a star-studded backline including All Blacks Rieko Ioane and Caleb Clarke. The College congratulates Zarn and wishes him the best of luck for the upcoming season.

The College is excited to also congratulate Old Collegian Aidan Morgan (Greenbank, 2015-19) on his selection for the Hurricanes Super Rugby Pacific team. Aidan played as first-five for the College’s First XV before being selected as captain in his final year. As captain, Aidan led the First XV to back-to-back victories - winning the Auckland 1A competition and placing in the top 4 for the National First XV Rugby Championship.

Since leaving the College, Aidan has gained notoriety as a successful rugby debutante. Aidan has played for both Wellington Lions and Hurricanes’ Development Squad before being selected for the NZ U20s in 2020. Recently, he has been chosen to play as first-five in the Hurricanes squad in the upcoming 2022 Super Rugby Pacific season. The College wishes Aidan all the best for his upcoming season and congratulates him on his amazing performance.
