Track and field legends to James Ford (Year 12, Parnell), Joseph Dunn (Year 12, Averill) and Old Collegians James Harding (Greenbank, 2017-21) and Zane Powell (Peart, 2017-21) have been selected for the New Zealand Secondary Schools Athletics Association team.

This will see them compete in the series of annual Classics over the next few weeks:

  • The Potts Classic in Hawke’s Bay on Saturday 22 January
  • The Cooks Classic in Whanganui on Sunday 30 January
  • The Capital Classic in Wellington on Friday 4 February.

James Ford and Joseph are first-time New Zealand Secondary Schools Athletics Association representatives.
