Last week, Estella, Anna, Ingrid and I participated in an international conference call with student leaders from Melbourne Grammar School and Upper Canada College.

Anastasia Round Square Call

The call was student-led and the agenda was to share our own school projects and create new initiatives for the upcoming year.

The main purpose of the meeting was to unite as an international group of students and learn about the dynamics of each individual school, and adopt a common accord involving service and environmental stewardship.

This will therefore allow us to cooperate as a team and combine components tokickstart our collaboration.

The concepts discussed were in regards to Community Service and different aspects of environmental sustainability

It was interesting to witness the unique nature and individuality of each school, which therefore allowed us, as an international student body, to recognise and learn from each other's strengths.

As the multinational network continues to grow (we are hoping a school from India will join this collaboration) we will proceed with regular conference calls to share the progress being made in reaching our joint goals.
