The boys listened to an inspiring presentation from Bayleys' new High Performance Coach, triple world champion and Olympic medal-winning track cyclist Ethan Mitchell who shared valuable insights about adopting a high performance mindset, along with some easy-to-implement tips for the squad.
Head of Rugby Scott Palmer then addressed the crowd, noting that not only is the event an opportunity for the players to receive their jerseys, but also for the team to meet, recognise and thank their generous sponsors such as Old Collegian John Bayley (Parnell, 1962-66).
