Join us at the inaugural King’s College Parent Day on Tuesday 19 November.

This will be an opportunity for parents to come to school, like a student, and experience a day on campus. With lunch in the Dining Hall, a Chapel Service and a chance to hear from experts in the arena of teenagers and education, this is an occasion not to be missed.

Attendees will have the option to join us for the morning, the afternoon, or the full day. Please read the following considerations before clicking through to choose your RSVP.

Morning: 8.05am – 1.30pm

Chapel Service

Choice of E-learning, screen time and social media or Wellbeing, resilience and mental fitness

Choice of The mysteries of NCEA and CIE explained or Life after King’s (careers, universities and internships)

Morning Tea

Choice of Let’s get techy: create something in the tech department or A classroom tour observing modern teaching and learning in action, followed by attending a best practice lesson

Lunch in the Dining Hall

Afternoon: 1.15pm – 3.45pm

Choice of E-learning, screen time and social media or Wellbeing, resilience and mental fitness

Choice of The mysteries of NCEA and CIE explained or Life after King’s (careers, universities and internships) or Exam and study stress support

Afternoon Tea and Q+A with the Deputy Heads

Full Day: 8.05am – 3.45pm

Attendees will have the opportunity to attend all sessions, including a Chapel Service, Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea.
