Our purpose-designed Career Centre is located on the top floor of the Centennial Centre and fully equipped with computers, work tables, discussion spaces and easy access to a wide range of career assessments and resources.

King's is a community where much care and attention is given to student wellbeing. Positive Education and Pastoral Care are a whole College responsibility, with all staff taking a professional proactive role in ensuring that all students are given every opportunity to reach their full potential.

Boarding staff
Each boarding House has a team of people working together to make the boarding experience safe and enjoyable. These are the key people that boarders will encounter:

The Premier Water Polo team wrapped up their most successful season ever with a 3rd place at the Schoolboy National Championships in Rotorua over the holidays.

First XV 23 vs 17 Auckland Grammar School
In front of a massive and vocal crowd, our First XV emerged victorious in a thrilling 23–17 win over long-time rivals Auckland Grammar School, securing the prestigious Cooper-Greenbank Cup in a match that lived up to its historic hype.

Kings College First XI vs Auckland Grammar School - Saturday 7 March

The First XI suffered their first competition loss against traditional rivals Auckland Grammar in a tense encounter. Co-captain Aekkam Sarao (Year 13, Parnell) won the toss and elected to bowl first on a decent-looking wicket.

First XV 24 vs 27 Liston College
In a dramatic and fiercely contested encounter at Liston College, our First XV were edged out 27–24 by Liston College after a last-play try snatched the result.

Badminton – New Zealand Secondary Schools

Kings Premier Badminton Mixed team competed in the Premier Boys grade at the NZ Secondary Schools tournament held in Porirua. The team had mixed results throughout the week.
