John started his King's College journey as Head of Technical Drawing in 1974 and also worked as the Master in Charge of Community Service, Marsden Housemaster, relieving Middlemore Housemaster, Director of Glee Club and Archivist. He was a deeply admired member of staff here at the College.
In 2018 John told the King's Courier:
"I have been privileged in working with wonderful teachers and support staff; of teaching great kids and getting to know their families over the 44 years I have been at the College - what more can one ask?"
John's funeral will be held here at King's College:
When: Wednesday 24 January
Time: 11am
Where: King's College Chapel
Parking will be available on the field in the first instance.
