Before you pay, please read this carefully.

Ballot only
Only students who have been confirmed as successful in the parking ballot can purchase a space. Do not make a payment until you have confirmation of a successful application.

Payment required before use
You cannot use the student car park until payment has been received in Kindo. If payment is not completed by the deadline, the space will be reallocated.

For you and your car only
Parking access is linked to you and your vehicle registration. You cannot sell, share, lend, or rent your parking space to another student.

Park considerately
Use designated student parking areas only. Park within marked bays and leave space for others to park safely.

Drive safely on campus
All New Zeland Road-Code rules and conventions apply within College grounds. These include the conditions of a students drivers liecene and the associated restrictions on the carrying of passengers.Follow speed limits and drive carefully at all times. The maximum speed limit on college grounds is 20km per hour. Speeding, including rapid acceleration and/or any unsafe driving will result in immediate loss of parking access. The college retains the right to make a full and final judement on any failure to complie with driving standards and safety and reserves the right to terminate of parking previleges.

It’s a privilege
Student parking is a privilege. If these expectations are not met, parking access will be withdrawn and no refund will be provided.

Full Student Car Parking Terms and Conditons

The following Terms & Conditions applies to all students who apply for, purchase, or use student parking.

1.       Eligibility and ballot process

1.1.    Student parking spaces are allocated via a ballot process.

1.2.    Only students who have been formally notified by the College as successful in the ballot are eligible to purchase a parking space.

1.3.    Payment made by a student who was not successful in the ballot will not be refunded.

1.4.    The College is not responsible for errors made by students when purchasing through Kindo.

 

2.         Payment and access

2.1.    A parking space is not confirmed until payment has been received in full via Kindo.

2.2.    Students who are successful in the ballot but do not complete payment by the stated deadline will forfeit their space.

2.3.    Access to the student car park will only be granted once payment has been confirmed.

 

3. Vehicle Registration and Personal Use

3.1. Parking access is issued to an individual student and is linked to a specific vehicle registration number.

3.2. The allocated parking space is for the registered student’s personal use only.

3.3. Selling, sharing, lending, or renting a parking space to another student is not permitted.

3.4. Any attempt to transfer or financially benefit from a student parking space may result in immediate withdrawal of parking privileges without refund.

 

4. Use of the Car Park

4.1. Students must park only in designated student parking areas.

4.2. Vehicles must be parked fully within marked bays and in a manner that allows adjacent spaces to be used safely.

4.3. Blocking access ways, double parking, or parking in non-designated areas is not permitted.

4.4. Failure to park appropriately may result in warnings, loss of parking privileges, or further disciplinary action.

 

5. Safe Driving Expectations

5.1. All students must drive safely and responsibly while on College grounds.

5.2. Speed limits must be observed at all times.

5.3. Dangerous or careless driving, including speeding, aggressive manoeuvres, or ignoring traffic controls, will not be tolerated.

5.4. Breaches of safe driving expectations may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of parking access.

 

6. Behaviour and Conduct

6.1. Students are expected to act respectfully and fairly towards others using the car park.

6.2. Behaviour that puts others at risk or undermines the fair use of parking facilities will be addressed.

6.3. Parking access is a privilege and may be withdrawn where expectations are not met.

 

7. Enforcement and Compliance

7.1. The College reserves the right to monitor compliance with these Terms & Conditions guidelines.

7.2. Breaches may result in loss of parking privileges, disciplinary action under College policies, or both.

7.3. No refunds will be provided where parking access is withdrawn due to non-compliance.

 

8. General

8.1. The College accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents.

8.2. These Terms and Conditions may be reviewed or updated from time to time.

8.3. By completing payment through Kindo, the student confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
