We are delighted to announce a new partnership with The Game - New Zealand’s leading tennis coaching provider, who will oversee the delivery of all tennis programmes at the College starting in Term 1 next year.
Formed through the merger of Kiwi Tennis and Carter Tennis, The Game brings together two of New Zealand’s leading tennis coaching organisations. Their combined expertise spans grassroots development, performance coaching, and elite player management. Led by Neil Carter, Nathan Carter and Anna Ruepert, they are known for professionalism, innovation, and developing top players, including WTA doubles star Erin Routliffe and former King’s College champion Renee Zhang (Marion Bruce, 2022-24).
The Game will deliver a comprehensive tennis programme designed to engage students of all levels, from beginners to high‑performance players - focusing on technical skill, tactical understanding and a love of the game. The partnership includes before- and after-school sessions and seasonal team coaching, with plans to expand the tennis pathway.
Our tennis facilities provide the ideal environment for a year-round coaching programme. More information about registrations and schedules will be shared with students and families ahead of Term 1 but in the meantime you can visit their website at www.thegame.net.nz.
