Held on Saturday 20 June in Trentham, Wellington during atrocious weather conditions including strong 50-knot winds, rain, mud and a rapidly rising creek, the fastest way down one hill was to slide down on your backside especially in the Senior Girls race! It was what some would consider to be a real old fashioned cross-country course.
Giacomo Wong (Year 9, St John's) and Tom Vickery (Year 10, School) were the King’s standout runners alongside other fantastic performances from our students.
