King’s College was proud to host the 2026 Quad Netball Tournament, welcoming netball teams from Scots College, St Peter’s School Cambridge and St Paul’s Collegiate for a memorable weekend of competition, connection and school spirit.
The tournament officially commenced with a welcome dinner and opening ceremony, where the captains from each of the four schools participated in a ceremonial ribbon cutting. Surrounded by their teammates and coaches, the ceremony officially opened the tournament and recognised the strong connections and mutual respect shared between the participating schools.
Throughout the tournament, every match was played with determination, resilience, and respect, creating an exciting and competitive atmosphere. Beyond the results, the Quad tournament provided an invaluable opportunity for our players to develop their game, with athletes testing themselves against quality opposition, adapting to different playing styles and building confidence in high-pressure situations, while also strengthening teamwork. Opportunities to compete in tournaments like these are vital in developing players both on and off the court and giving them valuable match experience
Congratulations to all four schools on their outstanding performances. Scots College claimed the 2026 Quad title, with St Paul’s Collegiate finishing as runners-up. King’s College secured third place after a determined campaign, while St Peter’s School Cambridge finished fourth. Every team represented their school with pride and demonstrated respect and perseverance throughout the tournament.
The atmosphere during the competition was made even more special by the support of families, friends, and the wider school communities. Their encouragement from the sidelines created an incredible environment for players and contributed to the success of the event.
