Introducing the Career Liaison Team 2025

Career Liaisons play a very important role in the College as they help to deepen the connection between King’s Careers and individual students within each House. Career Liaisons help to facilitate communication with their Houses by making announcements at meetings, advertising and promoting career events on House social media platforms, and encouraging students in their houses to engage and participate in the College’s career development consultations and workshops.

They also contribute to planning and implementing King’s Careers events such as the Tertiary Options and Careers Expo Evening (date to be advised) for senior students and parents in Term 2, and the lunchtime presentations programme.

King’s Careers and the Careers Liaison Team will work hard in 2025 to:

  • Boost schoolwide communication and student participation for career development services;
  • Strengthen student engagement and participation with a keen focus on Year 13 school leavers;
  • Bring student voice to the fore in King’s Careers service design and delivery including invited guest speakers; and
  • Deepen the connection between King’s Careers, the Houses and the student body.
