We're pleased to introduce Kindo, an online payment service that makes managing school payments simpler for King’s College families. Kindo is the leading school payment system in New Zealand and is designed to simplify school finances for both staff members and families.
Kindo is already being used at the College for some payments, including school trips and activities. Feedback from parents and staff members has been positive so from 2027, all incidental school payments will be managed through Kindo.
For the remainder of 2026, we will continue to use Kindo for selected payments. If you have a trip or activity this year that needs to be paid through Kindo, we will let you know when payment is required.
With one secure account for your whole family, this means you can purchase school items, register for co-curricular activities and make payments, all from one place, at any time.
Benefits of Kindo
- There is just one account for the whole family so you can manage payments for multiple children.
- There are flexible payment options. You can pay in full, spread payments over time or set up automatic payments. You can choose from Online EFTPOS, bank transfer, POLi, debit card or credit card - whatever suits you.
- Kindo is available 24/7 so you can manage payments whenever and wherever it works best for you.
What you need to do
To make payments through Kindo, you need to have an account. If you don't already have a Kindo account, we ask that you please register now.
If you are already registered, you can log into Kindo here.
Once registered, you'll be ready to use Kindo as we expand its use across the College.
