Alexia Hilbertidou
A New Zealand entrepreneur and founder of GirlBoss NZ, an organisation empowering young women in leadership and STEM. With over 17,500 members across New Zealand and a growing international presence in 27 countries, GirlBoss has generated significant impact for women nationwide. Alexia has been recognised on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list and is a recipient of the Diana Award, presented by Prince William. In 2025, she was named a Top 3 finalist for New Zealander of the Year.
