About the Speakers

Kate Gatfield-Jeffries – Kate is the Co-Founder of Moodi, one of Australasia's largest and fastest-growing wellness brands. After studying Law and Business at University, Kate took a leap of faith - investing her savings to launch Moodi with a vision to help women feel their best. Over the past three years, she has grown the brand to have over 100,000 customers, with 1 in 30 New Zealand women taking Moodi products. The brand has recently launched into retail, prompting supermarkets nationwide to limit the number of products people can buy after the company sold six months' worth of stock in several weeks. Outside of Moodi, Kate is passionate about paying it forward and elevating other women. She was recognised for her work in this space by winning the New Zealand Young Women of Influence Award and recently gave away a $6000 female founder grant.

Saurav J Bansal – Founder and CEO of GAIT, a climate solutions and advisory group applying sophisticated financial and technological approaches to large-scale environmental projects. Born in New Zealand to Indian and Tongan parents, Saurav's trilingual background shapes his unique business approach alongside his education at the University of Sydney, London School of Economics, and Trinity College of London. Concurrent to his work with GAIT, Saurav serves as a Director at his Family Office and is an Advisor to Pacific Governments. His work spans advisory and investment ventures with governments, UHNWs, financial institutions, multilaterals, and listed conglomerates across the Asia-Pacific region.
