The performance was given by the International Schools Music Society Festival Choir made up of more than 300 singers, accompanied by Big Band and was directed by US conductor, Dr Robert Hasty.
Mr Artley’s work was very popular in the concert, which also included Michael Tippett’s Five Spirituals and Benjamin Britten’s Young Person's Guide to the Orchestra. Here is a message he received from a student at the host school:
