King's College Year 9 cricketers won a nail-biter against Westlake Boys' High School on Thursday 20 November to win the Walton Cup and be crowned as the Auckland Year 9 cricket champions.
All the boys contributed at various times, but our stars were Thorn Parkes with the bat and Charlie Wrapson with the ball.
The boys now go on to represent Auckland in the National Championship in March 2015.
