With some great individual performances over the course of the day, King’s achieved eight first places, seven second places and seven third places.
One young athlete to note was Francis Manuleleua (Year 9, Peart), who broke an 18-year-old Junior School long jump record with his huge leap of 6.00 metres.
Significantly impressive was Xavi Taele (Year 9, Selwyn) who finished 2nd in long jump with his jump of 5.78 metres.
