Well done to the King’s College students who competed for Auckland in the North Island Athletics Championships, which were held at Mount Smart Stadium from Friday, 1 to Sunday, 3 April.

The results are as follows:

Harrison Zhang 1st in the 110m Hurdles
Natasha Eady 2nd in the 100m, 2nd in the 200m and 6th in the Long Jump
George Cory-Wright 2nd in the 800m and 2nd in the 1500m
Mogammad Smith 2nd in the 100m, 2nd in the 200m and 1st in the 4 x 100m relay
Alana Sherman 7th in the 1500m and 8th in the 3000m
James Wharton 7th in the 200m Steeplechase

Of note is that Harrison Zhang is a graduate of the Perry Cunningham School of Hurdling, and George Cory-Wright and James Wharton are graduates of the Perry Cunningham School of Middle Distance Running.
