Twenty-two students have taken part in a netball camp in Melbourne which included training with both a former National Netball League coach and a previous international player.

To top off the week of training, held during the Term One break, the girls also competed against several Melbourne schools.

A small group of girls were then further selected to train with the Melbourne Under 19s and Senior Falcon squad, led by four Victoria state coaches.

“This trip was a privilege and a testament to the students' commitment and enthusiasm,” says teacher-in-charge Sarah Hogg. “This has been an awesome opportunity for our girls to build on their skills and technique in preparation for the upcoming netball season.”

The group learnt a great deal and have come away from the experience enthusiastic and excited to put what they learnt into practice.

Thank you to Head of Netball Lea Salt for organising the trip and making it the success it was.
