Over the two days, Natasha had to be very versatile, competing in seven events; 100m hurdles, high jump, shot put, 200m, long jump, javelin and a final, gruelling 800m sprint in the uncomfortably hot conditions of Porritt Stadium.
Next up for Natasha are the Auckland Track and Field Championships, (21-22 February), the New Zealand Nationals in Wellington (6-8 March), closely followed by the Australian Junior Athletics Championships, (10-15 March). She will then spend the first few weeks of April on an athletics tour in the United States.
The King’s community applauds Natasha’s outstanding talent and dedication and wishes her all the best for her upcoming competitions.
Go Natasha!
