As they had done at the Head of Harbour Regatta, the rowers acquitted themselves superbly, producing some outstanding results. The highlights would have to be:
- 1st in the A Final of the Boys' Under-16 Quad</>
- 1st and 2nd in the A Final of the Boys' Under-15 Quad
- 1st in the A Final of the Boys' Under-18 Double
- 1st in the A Final of the Boys' Under-15 Octuple
- 2nd in the A Final of the Boys' Under-I8 Quad
- 5th in the A Final of the Boys' Undert-15 Double
- 5th in the A Final of the Boys' Under-16 Eight
- 5th in the A Final of the Boys' Under-17 Quad
- 6th in the A Final of the Boys' Under-18 Lightweight Double
- 1st in the B Final of the Boys' Under-17 Quad
- 2nd in the B Final of the Girls' Under-17 Single
- 3rd in the B Final of the Girls' Under-18 Quad
- 3rd in the B Final of the Boys' Under-18 Double
- 3rd in the B Final of the Boys' Under-18 Lightweight Double
(N.B. where an event is mentioned twice, it means we had more than one crew entered.)
There are now only two weeks until the North Island Championships (6-8 March), followed two weeks later by The Maadi Cup (23-29 March). There is still plenty left to do in order to ensure we are able to perform at our best, but I am certain all of the rowers are up for the challenge.
