Small House Music held on the afternoon of Friday 12 May was a feast of talents, with performances from each of our Houses. Every house produced a myriad of talented performers to shine on stage and impress the judges.
Highlights included the beautiful harmonies sung by Taylor House in their rendition of Proud Mary by Creedence Clearwater Revival. Selwyn House took the audience back several decades with a stellar performance of the Gloria Gaynor hit I will Survive.
However, it was Marsden House that took first place with their version of Tragedy by the Bee Gees. The group performed expertly, led by Year 12 student Fin McLachlan, as they combined choreographed dance moves and tight harmonies with skill.
The afternoon was hosted by our very own Assistant Chaplain Onosai Auva'a and featured a guest performance from our staff band, who took on a number of Stevie Wonder classics.
Congratulations and well done to all who participated!
