More than 150 students from 24 schools participated in the event. King’s College had the highest number of top placing students in the competition with four senior students placed in the top 15 of senior division and three juniors in the top 10 of the junior division.
“Each of these students were rewarded with a monetary prize for their hard work,” says Deputy Head of Mathematics, May Meng.
Receiving top honours was Jason Li (Year 10, Peart), who achieved an impressive second place in junior division.
Students are now encouraged to attempt the more advanced Olympiad Camp selection problems in September.
