“This is an excellent academic honour and tribute to Johnathan’s many hours of study and hard work,” says Deputy Head of Mathematics May Meng.
As part of the selection process for the national team, Johnathan sat many previous tests including two British Olympiads, two Australian Olympiads and one Asia-Pacific Olympiad.
“A highlight was the Australian Mathematics Olympiad,” says May. “Johnathan received a silver medal and featured among the top mathematicians across the country. He has done King’s very proud.”
We wish Johnathan every success in the forthcoming training and the upcoming Olympiad.
