The team came flying out of the blocks at the start of the match and were two goals up in only 90 seconds, and the team never looked back scoring six goals in the first half and seven in the second. There were goals for Nic Hamlin, Zander Fraser (4), Arthur Rasmussen, Oliver Paterson (3), Jordan van Riele, Xavier Guy, Daneel Ovtcharenko and Daniel Bayly.
It has been an impressive start to the Tournament for the team, winning all three matches to date without conceding a goal and scoring 21 goals, but the sterner tests will come in the next two days.
The team plays its final group match against St Kevin’s College from Melbourne at 8.00am today followed by a semi-final match at 1.00pm. Tomorrow morning, the team will play its final classification match before returning home.

The King’s College Boys' Hockey team demolished Marist College from Canberra 13-0 to record their third successive win at the Melbourne Grammar School Hockey Tournament on Wednesday, 8 April at the Hawthorn Hockey Centre.
