Ella was representing the Gymsport Manukau region and competed in Step 10 over two days.
Qualifying on the first day in all apparatus, Ella went on to earn first place for Floor, making her the national champion, and third for Vault.
Within her Step level, there were also seven gymnasts from Australia competing in a Trans-Tasman Challenge. Within this Open competition, Ella gained a silver medal on Floor.
Juggling and overcoming multiple injuries, Ella has done an excellent job to receive these accolades.
