Rose travelled to Bermuda, home of the 35th America’s Cup, to compete against 16 other junior sailing teams from 12 nations in this four-day event.
Rose and Eli represented New Zealand remarkably well with four first place and two second place finishes, putting them in front of the fleet to take out the number one spot.
Conditions were fine and the event proved a wonderful opportunity to inspire the next generation of young sailors.
