In May, Ben Goodwin was selected to represent New Zealand at the 2015 Australian Under-20 State Water Polo Championships.
Eelco Uri, Operations Director at New Zealand Water Polo, said that selection was a fantastic step towards the senior team, the goal of winning a medal at the 2018 Commonwealth championships and potentially even the 2016 Olympics.
Water Polo is one of the most popular summer sports at King's. The College runs teams in both the Junior and the Senior Divisions and plays in the Auckland competition each week.
