Music scholarships and bursaries
Performance Music Awards contribute up to 50 percent of the College tuition fees. The Head of Music will audition candidates for these awards and they winners will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in at least two instruments and to perform to at least Grade 7 level in their principal instrument. Successful candidates will be expected to take a significant role in performance music at the College. KCOCA Chapel Music Scholarship
The KCOCA Chapel Music Scholarship contributes up to 50 percent of the College's tuition fees and is awarded to a Year 11 student who is an outstanding musician and who will make a significant contribution to the life of the Chapel.Download a KCOCA Chapel Music Scholarship application form

KCOCA Senior Bursary
The KCOCA Senior Bursary contributes up to $7,500 per annum towards the College's tuition fees for students entering King's in Year 12. Funds are available to assist daughters of Old Collegians in cases where there is financial need. James Webster Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship has been set up by King’s College in conjunction with the Webster family in memory of the late James Webster who was a student of the College. It is intended that the fund will increase over time to endow a scholarship to enable a boy or girl who would otherwise not be able to attend King’s College, to enter the College from outside Auckland as a boarder. Preference will be given to a student who could contribute to the Chapel Choir and/or community service programmes.Download a James Webster application form

Bradley Fenner Scholarship
PLEASE NOTE THIS SCHOLARSHIP IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR 2019.
The Bradley Fenner Scholarship was established in honour of one of our past Headmasters (2009–14) with the broad purpose of supporting students who would not otherwise be able to attend King’s College as boarders. - Once awarded, all scholarships and/or bursaries are subject to annual review and may be withdrawn where performance is unsatisfactory.
