Universities and music colleges are eager to snap up King's students because of the breadth of their training here. Students go on to study Music either in arts degrees or performing courses. They are frequently playing in national groups like the Auckland Wind Orchestra, National Schools Orchestra, the National Chamber Music Competition or singing at the National Song School.
