The Chapel Choir is a very important part of King's life and all students with an enthusiasm for singing are welcome to join. Each member is chosen based on the quality of their voice and their commitment to the life and work of the group.

We rehearse regularly, changing music for the Sunday Services in the Chapel, and also enter the National Big Sing competition each year. The Choir also sing the festival of lessons and carols at the end of the Christmas term, as well as perform regularly outside of school and at school events.

The Chapel Choir is a happy social group, enjoying pizzas together on Sundays, or going on trips to concerts and other events, as a reward for their continued hard work and dedication to this great part of King's College Music. Opportunities for leadership roles within the Choir, such as Head Chorister and Choir Manager, are available each year, usually to a senior student.

The Chapel Choir rehearses on Thursdays from 5.15pm to 6.30pm (full rehearsal). They also rehearse one hour before school services.
