As Headmaster of King's College, Mr Simon Lamb is responsible for maintaining and evolving the College's vision and direction and ensuring the educational, spiritual, cultural and financial wellbeing of the institution.

The Deputy Headmaster is responsible for the daily operations and student welfare programmes of the College. The Deputy Headmaster is expected to ensure that the College provides the best possible staff and student welfare programmes and environment.
The Deputy Headmaster deputises for the Headmaster in his absence.
Reverend Warren Watson
The Chaplain is responsible for Chapel worship and all other spiritual outreach including pastoral care for the College community, overseeing the teaching of Religious Studies in the classroom and overseeing outreach by the College to the community.
Paul Chapman, BMS, CA
Director of Commercial Services
The Director of Commercial Services is responsible for the overview and management of all the service support required by the College’s two operating divisions; the College and the King’s Institute as well as all of the affiliated Trusts. This position acts as the Secretary for the Board of Trustees and the Board of Governors of the College. It also involves leading and controlling all annual and longer term budget development within the framework of the College strategic plan and plays a key role in property and commercial development strategies.

The Director of Information Services is responsible for all aspects of Information Technology at King’s College and ensures that the College remains at the forefront of Information Technology, for both educational and administrative purposes.

Director of Marketing and Development
The Director of Marketing and Development is responsible for admissions, domestic and international marketing, communications, development, corporate sponsorship, events and archives. The role also oversees engagement with and support of Affiliates of the King’s Community including the King’s College Foundation, Friends, KCOCA, Floreat Semper, KC Parents and the King’s Oaks.
